By accessing or purchasing any offering from calmboard, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

calmboard offers mindfulness drills to support steady decision making in board environments. Services may include live sessions, workshops, and coaching, scheduled individually or in groups.

3. Information Products

calmboard provides digital guides, recordings, and frameworks available for immediate download upon purchase.

4. Goods

calmboard sells physical products such as workbooks and cards shipped from our office in Basel.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full at the time of booking or purchase. Accepted methods are listed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. You may opt to reschedule a session without penalty by using our contact form at least 3 days before the session. Sessions confirmed within a 3-day window are non-refundable due to dedicated preparation and scheduling commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if they remain unopened and unused. Submit a request via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

6.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon receipt, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Changes and Rescheduling

To change or reschedule a service, notify us via the contact form at least 3 days before the session. We will confirm new arrangements promptly.
